Winnipeg Mortgage Brokers are Thankful in 2021

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we thought we would take a moment to reflect on some of the things we are thankful for in 2021:

The incredible frontline workers for their continued unwavering strength and dedication. You are amazing and we sincerely thank you for all that you continue to do!

Local Manitoba businesses for their resilience and inspiration.

The amazing group of mortgage professionals that make up One Link Mortgage & Financial. We wouldn’t be where we are without their knowledge, expertise, and passion for what they do.

The chance to give back to our brokers. We are a family here at One Link, and it has been tough not being able to see each other in person as much as we used to. We hope our little projects this year have shown them just how special we think they are.

Our lending partners who work hard to provide us with amazing service, products, and rates to offer our clients. We are also grateful for the support they have provided our brokers throughout our various giving back projects.

The trust our clients have in us. We love what we do, and are especially thankful that we have been able to continue to help our clients during these challenging times.

The opportunity to give back to the community. Despite the challenges this year has presented, we have been able to lend a helping hand to those in need and we are excited to continue to do this every year.

A chance to give back to the environment. Caring for our environment is more important than ever and we are proud we were able to help out, even if it was just a little bit.

We are exceptionally thankful that One Link’s co-founder, Marty Coubrough, was selected to be inducted into the Mortgage Fall of Fame in recognition of his excellence, leadership and professionalism in the mortgage industry.

Being named as a finalist for the third year in a row for the Mortgage Awards of Excellence Brokerage of the Year – Prairies. To be recognized and nominated by our industry peers in of itself is very humbling.
