One Link Mortgage has a mission of helping people and participating in projects that support our community. It is very important to us to be able to give back to our community in a positive way.

As we embark upon the holiday season, we wanted to take a moment and look back at the amazing opportunities One Link Mortgage has had to GIVE BACK to one charity in particular over the past couple of years.

In December 2019, we decided to focus on giving back to toddlers and teens. Thanks to our very generous One Link Mortgage Brokers, we were able to donate almost $1,000 in gifts to the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba! It was such an amazing feeling to see all of the donations under our office Christmas tree and we are extremely grateful we were able to do so much to give back at Christmastime.

2020 forced us to look for a new way to support this foundation given the restrictions the pandemic placed on so many charities at the holidays. We were fortunate enough to work with VERICO Helping Hands, a program created to support the VERICO Network in our collective charitable works. With the help of VERICO Canada and our generous One Link Brokers, we were able to donate $,1200.00 to the Children’s Hospital Foundation so they could purchase gifts for the children at Christmas!

This year, we are once again joining forces with VERICO Helping Hands and the entire VERICO Canada Network to give back to those who must spend the holidays away from their families and in hospital. 2021 is going to be a little extra special though as our monetary gift will be DOUBLED and we can spread joy to many more at the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba!!
